Chances are food makes up a significant portion of your monthly budget, especially if you have a large family. If you are anything like me, you want to get the most value for your money when you purchase foods, but this can be rather challenging at times. Some grocery stores provide a little information to help, such as the listing the price per ounce, but this is really only useful when comparing products that are very similar. I wanted a better way to determine if a product was worth spending money on, so I developed my own system, which I will share with you in this post.
